A New Find : Lunne Tumblers

Joinery NYC, a little shop we've been featuring quite a bit recently, has taken on the pottery of one Meghan Lunne, San Francisco based ceramicist. Lunne's take on the simple tumbler is one of the nicest ceramic pieces I've seen in quite a while, her perspective on pottery is both approachable and beautiful in one. Finding inspiration in the basics of day-to-day life, the naturally messy state of life, the markings on her dog's fur and the subtle blues and grays of the San Francisco sky, Lunne has produced a piece I'd love to be having my morning coffee out of or simply have around to enjoy. We look forward to seeing what she has up her sleeve next.
