Alden x Leffot Kudu Longwing Blucher
Leffot & Alden are thick as thieves. When I take a look around at the collaborations from Alden and others, they tend to fall a little short on my expectations. Leffot understands how a pair of Aldens should be made when it comes to the longwing. This Kudu Calfskin Leather is one of my favorites right now on the Barrie last. Though you could swap the waxed cotton laces out for leather or flat laces, these will definitely keep your shoes tied. The subtle scalloping on the tongue, the longwing and the collar are a few of the great details which set this shoe apart for me. You won't lose traction with the sturdy plantation crepe sole and the water-proof, oiled Kudu leather will keep your feet dry no matter what the weather hurls at you this winter. Well worth the investment folks.
