Dehen 1920 Shawl Neck Sweater Coat
On those chilly fall days when you're not quite sure you need a full jacket but it may just be too cold for a simple sweater, this heavyweight three pound plus wool sweater coat from Dehen 1920 may just be the perfect option. Dehen claim that this cardigan, true to the 1920 and 1930's design it originated from, is equally sweater and coat, which sounds to me as a ringing endorsement that you'll be kept warm and protected from the wind. I would have to say though, don't let it get wet, because a three pound wool sweater isn't going to feel great if it gets soaked through. It'll look good worn with a nice pair of khaki or olive chinos channeling the Ivy influence the sweater came from.
