Hickoree's "Hippie Shoe" Moccasins
Our friends at Hickoree's tried their hand at designing a pair of footwear and they succeeded in the creation of my new spring shoe. Dubbed the Hippie Shoe, these are the furthest thing from that in my mind. I think the decision to add the suede mud guard around the midsole is ingenious as well as a nice aesthetic texture between the smooth Plainsman Brown leather and natural crepe sole. I also think that partnering up with Rancourt & Co was a great move, as they've been making handsome and traditionally built moccasins since 1964. Don't sleep on these folks.
