Lounge Chair by Naoto Fukasawa

After recently moving into a new studio & office space that is over 100 years old, we've been trying to decide on a few additional chairs. The simplicity of this chair in the shape and materials are impressive. This is a piece of art not just a place to sit. Naoto Fukasawa is a decorated designer whose won many awards and accolades for his work, co-published a few books, and aside from running his own design company – is also a professor. I appreciate his furniture design; each piece looks to be crafted in an effortless manor yet the details are extremely intricate.
