Swedish fashion house Acne (Ambition to Create Novel Expression), based in Stockholm, produces a bi-annual fashion and culture magazine aptly named Acne paper. Founded in 2005, the publication is now on its 14th issue, one which focuses on Manhattan. This is the most hefty issue of Acne paper to date, clocking in at a well-filled 272 pages. Inside are portraits in text and photography of Fran Lebowitz, Richard Serra and Mikhail Baryshnikov as well as legendary director Martin Scorsese, policical figure Salman Rushdie and many others. Known for well considered imagery and interviews, prose, poems and essays- this makes a great publication to sit down with on your relaxing Saturday morning.
