Saturday Inspiration - Jennilee Marigomen

One Vancouver photographer who has really stood out to me in the emerging group of creatives is Jennilee Marigomen. Her photography typically focuses on capturing the beauty of simple, everyday phenomenon. In her own words, her work reflects how "the tension between the natural world and urban intervention permeate images with a playful undertone. Visceral and sedative environments highlight the fleeting extraordinary." She has a great eye for picking out interesting scenes and compositions from day-to-day settings as well as a great knack for the curation of her works at a gallery and publication level.
