The Tourton

I'll be honest, I haven't been a fan of much coming out of the H by Hudson brand. The styles just don't work for me. I did come across the Tourton over at Kith NYC which could be a pair I'd actually consider wearing. The Tourton Longwing Oxford is available in either Brown or Black calfskin, with a pebble grain vamp, tongue and upper, all places on a natural crepe wedge sole. It's definitely a casual version beside your typical dress shoe brands like Aldens or Trickers, but still interesting. Would you wear this shoe?

It's "Tournon", not Tourton. Worth noting!

Tournon + Tourton
Go figure!

I can see it with heavier wool pants, on a late autumn day. The gum soles work if you're in a New England-type setting.
