Thom Browne Eyewear

Thom Browne's eyewear line hit with a splash. We ogled it and then went on to the next. As crazy and fashion as these glasses may look to us now, they were actually the original glasses. I have a pair similar to these lacking only the side protectors which I got from my grandparents house. When I got the lenses changed from prescription to dark lenses, I was told they were probably from World War II. I also passed up a great pair of vintage welding goggles, almost identical to Thom Browne's glasses because I already had a pair of round vintage glasses. Thom Browne's glasses, despite looking very fashion-y and on the sartorial fringes, are more heritage than the Persols McQueen wore.
