Trickers – Keswick Brogue Derby

I haven't been a huge fan of Trickers, but I've not had a lot of experience with them. However, after hanging out with my good friend and guest contributor Adrian King Carter yesterday here in NYC, I think I've had a change of heart. He was wearing these tan calf leather brogues sockless with a simple grey pocket t-shirt and some faded levi's; his kit looked great. When you're able to see them being worn in a manner that is similar to your own style or perhaps how you'd like to wear it, it makes it easier to appreciate. These are built to follow the natural shape of your foot and would be a great year round brogue. Though his kit was relaxed in an everyday wear kind of way, these would also work well at the office.

"For those unfamiliar with the long history of the company, originally founded in 1829 in Northhampton England by Joseph Tricker. Famously known for their incredible hand crafted shoes using old world techniques that are rarely seen today, the high quality materials and expert workmanship means you can expect these to be a staple in your wardrobe for many years."
